**Catering delivery for parties & events can be extended to Crawley, Forest Row and Edenbridge. If you're outside of these areas and would like a delivery, please get in touch.

About Us
Welcome to our pop up artisan bakery, we'll be open every Saturday morning!
Our products include gut-healthy breads, delicious viennoiseries and cakes, tarts and more.
Our breads are gut-healthy, meaning that they are prepared over a 18-24 hour period due to their long fermentation process. Sourdough and poolish include billions of beneficial bacteria, which alongside the wild yeast found in the flour, result in a delicious bread easier to digest.
It's essential to use good quality flour, that's why we only use 100% organic flour from British mills (and French flour for the baguettes!), because we don't want flour that has been sprayed with nasty pesticides.
Alongside the bakery on Saturdays, we offer catering services for parties and events. Check out our Catering tab!
